My Profile is, quite simply, your Prelude Profile. There are a couple of important things to notice here:

Security Question and Security Answer

Do fill these fields in. If you forget your password, there’s a link on the log-in page to retrieve your password. The site will ask you this question, and if you provide the answer you’ve put here the site will send you your password. Otherwise, you’ll have to ask another Prelude user at your church to change your password, or call Prelude Customer Care – this will save you time and trouble!

Children’s Online Privacy and Protection Act (COPPA) Compliance

It’s both federal law and a really good idea to be sure that children under 13 aren’t allowed to use just any website without parental consent. Especially when their contact information (email address) is shown to other users on the site, as email addresses are on Prelude.

So you need to answer this question. If you have music planners who are 13 or younger, who want to use Prelude, your church must get and keep on file written consent from a parent or guardian of each under-14 Prelude user.
