Account Information

The Account Information page provides several useful panels of information:

Church Information

On this panel you can fill in or edit the information about your church or organization, and the primary contact person for your Prelude account. Be sure to CLICK ON THE GREEN SAVE BUTTON when you’re done editing. You click on the header label of the panel to close it.

Subscription Information

Click on the header label to open this panel. Here is where you can see the details about your Prelude subscription, including renewal date, number of free downloads you’ve gotten, and the number of Points remaining on your account. If your points are running low, click on the green “buy more points” button to get more Prelude Points. Click the blue header label again to close the panel.

Transaction Information

Click on the header label to open this panel.  Here is where you can see all the activity around the Points on your Prelude account. So if you ever wonder where all your Points were spent or where some new Points came from, this table will provide all the answers. You can even download this information for yourself, using the green “download ledger” button at the bottom right of the table. 
Click the blue header label again to close the panel.
